Help us help you faster

Bug reports Include the browser and OS, a minimal JSON sample that reproduces the issue, and the expected vs actual behavior.
Feature requests Describe the use case you're trying to solve. The best features come from real developer workflows.
API questions Include your API key (first 8 chars only for safety), the endpoint, and the error response you're seeing.
Privacy & data requests For account deletion, data export, or GDPR/CCPA requests, email us with "Privacy Request" in the subject line.

We aim to respond to all emails within 2 business days. For urgent security issues, please include "Security" in the subject line — these are prioritized.

jsonfmt.dev is a privacy-first, client-side tool. The vast majority of questions can be answered by reading the Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, or the About page. If your question is about how the tool works, those pages are the best starting point.
